• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Results are determined based on the official outcomes issued by the relevant international sports authorities.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, tk10bd reserves the right to void that bet.
• In live betting, odds change in real time and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are considered final.
• Special rules apply when placing multiple related bets (parlay or combo) on the same event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment on tk10bd:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Selling, renting, or transferring your account.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Deliberately exploiting odds vulnerabilities or technical errors for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Fraudulent behavior toward other users or coordinated bet manipulation.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyberattack targeting tk10bd's systems.

If any such activity is detected, the account in question will be suspended immediately, all balances and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If the account holds a valid balance at the time of closure and no terms have been violated, that amount will be refunded. If the closure is bonus-related, the bonus portion may be forfeited.

• Bet-related issues or financial losses caused by internet disconnection.
